• Users must be of legal age to contract services offered by Ibiza Nature.

Bookings and Cancellations

• When booking a service, 100% of the price must be paid as a deposit.

• Refund policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund.

  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: No refunds.

  • Exceptions: Cancellations due to justifiable force majeure may be evaluated for refunds.

Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for assessing their physical and psychological ability to participate in activities.

• Ibiza Nature provides civil liability insurance but does not provide accident insurance.

• Users accept the inherent risks of outdoor activities.
